Melbourne Taxi Services Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Melbourne Services. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you read them carefully, as they outline the responsibilities of both the customer and Melbourne Taxi Services.
1. General
Melbourne Taxi Services provides a comprehensive range of transportation solutions, including Airport Transfers, Corporate Transfers, Hotel Transfers, Event Transfers, Parcel Delivery, and Wedding Transfers. All bookings are subject to, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if necessary.
2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings can made easily through our website, by phone, or via our support team. Full payment or pre-authorization be required at the time of booking. All prices quoted in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time may eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Should we be unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to be ready at the designated pick-up location at the agreed-upon time. Additional waiting time may apply if there are delays. It the passenger's responsibility to provide accurate booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations. Any damage caused to the by a passenger may result in additional charges.
5. Parcel Delivery Service
Mel Taxi Services will exercise reasonable care in handling and delivering parcels. However, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to items that are not properly packed, labeled, or declared.
6. Liability
Melbourne Taxi Services is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather events road closures, or circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to provide timely services, we cannot guarantee arrival times in every situation.
7. Conduct and Safety
To ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of substances are strictly prohibited within our vehicles. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passenger exhibiting threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
8. Amendments
Melbourne Taxi Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
